Amy

Amy

Licensed Massage Therapist

Amy became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2017 and gained hands-on experience working in a busy chiropractic office in West Palm Beach, FL. In that setting, she worked with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including chronic and acute pain, post-surgical recovery, and stress-related tension.

Today, Amy focuses on pain management, injury recovery, sciatica relief, and muscular tension related to stress and overuse. She takes an integrative approach to each session, combining techniques that support both physical relief and overall well-being.

Amy’s favorite modality is trigger point therapy, which she uses to help release deep-seated tension, improve mobility, and reduce recurring discomfort.
